• Earring front available in 2 sizes, 2mm or 3mm diameter
• Back post length: 6mm (1/4 inch) - please contact us if you need a different post length
• Gauge thickness: 20g (0.8mm) - the same as standard earrings!
• Material: ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium, or with a long-wearing, waterproof gold PVD finish

FITTING NOTES: If the earring doesn’t stay together, don’t worry! To create tension, insert the front pin halfway into its back and bend slightly. Once completely inserted into the back, the now-bent front pin should create enough tension to secure both pieces together.

Exactly what I was looking for
I love these earrings! They’re lightweight, comfortable and have held up during 24/7 wear for nearly a year and a half. I was looking for a specific style of earring for my fourth lobes since they were pierced somewhat crooked and these earrings ended up being perfect for that thanks to the sphere design. Not only is it not visually obvious, but they’re also comfortable from every angle so sleeping on them isn’t an issue.

So comfortable!

I have two low helix piercings that I got in 2019. I have some autoimmune issues and a sensitivity to metals, so they never healed right (even with 14k gold earrings). It was painful, the skin around the piercings would swell and bleed, and I'd take them out for long stretches at a time. Within a few days of wearing these, my ear seems to have completely healed. No discomfort, no bleeding, my ear is not red! (If you're wondering why I lived with so long....I know it wasn't the best idea). I did a lot of research before buying these from Grayling and I'm officially a fan!
