If you’re not 100% delighted with your Grayling purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days or store credit within 90 days (issued via gift card) from date of purchase. Custom Engraved items are made to order, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on these items. Items must be unworn and in the brand new condition as the day your item(s) were shipped.
In certain instances, we may not allow returns of jewelry with signs of use or that are damaged for reasons not due to our error. We promise to be reasonable and fair, but may occasionally refuse returns that abuse the aforementioned policies. Please contact us with any questions regarding our return policy.
If your order was placed in the last 90 days, you are welcome to return your order, so long as items are unworn and in brand new condition. To make a return, visit our returns portal here:
Please do not ship packages back without using the link above. This process allows us to assure your return is processed in a timely manner. We are not responsible for jewelry broken in transit or lost and/or damaged return packages. We recommend you pad, secure and track your package.
International customers please note: return fees for international customers are at the expense and discretion of the customer - we do not reimburse for international return shipping.

So long as your items aren't "final sale" items, are unworn and received within 30 days, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve contacted your bank and you still have not received your refund, please contact us. Items returned between 30-90 days after original date of purchase may be eligible for store credit (issued via gift card).
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned through January 31.

Please send an email to email@example.com with the original purchaser's name and email address. We will issue you a prepaid return label. Upon receipt and processing of your return, you will receive an email from Grayling with confirmation of your refund in the form of store credit. Items must be unworn and in the brand new condition as the day your item(s) were shipped.

Gift Return Policy
Gifts are eligible for store credit (issued via gift card) only within 30 days. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift card will be emailed. We do not offer refunds on gift purchases.

Free Shipping On Domestic Orders
We may offer free shipping within the U.S.A. from time to time as part of a promotional offer. Orders that qualify for free standard shipping dispatch via USPS First Class Mail.
A tracking number is emailed for your convenience the moment your order leaves our studio.
All of our products are handmade and our production capacity varies from season to season.

Orders placed with our Priority or Express Mail options ship within 1 business day. A tracking number is emailed for your convenience. Please contact us for additional shipping options or alternate carriers.
International orders of $150 or more are eligible for FREE Economy Shipping via USPS First Class International Mail.
We offer expedited shipping via DHL Express and USPS International Priority Mail to selected countries. All orders shipping internationally are subject to shipping fees based on the shipping country's taxes, tariffs and duties.
Generally, the customer owes nothing additional at delivery but in rare cases some fees may be assessed. Grayling Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to exclude certain countries from our shipping zones.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Shop with confidence! Grayling offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on item(s) purchased at graylingjewelry.com and through our retail store.
Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects from errors in craftsmanship and/or faulty components. Our 1-year limited warranty does not cover wear and tear, missing earrings, tarnished chain, or broken chains or stones due to blunt or excessive force, however, we will do our best to repair, replace or restore your piece of jewelry whenever possible.
If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection.
We are happy to repair, replace or make an effort to restore your piece of jewelry whenever possible. If your jewelry has a defect from errors in craftsmanship and/or faulty components, this service will most likely be free of charge. If your jewelry needs to be repaired due to wear and tear, tarnished chain, or broken chains and/or stones we will repair, replace or make an effort to restore your piece of jewelry at a fair price. Occasionally, materials are no longer available and substitutions must be made.
Grayling will honor a one-time price adjustment (via a gift card) on items originally purchased at full-price within 7 days of in-store purchase (or ship date for online orders). Due to very limited stock on hand, items purchased during our sample sale or on clearance are ineligible for price adjustments, please contact us with any questions.
We will absolutely replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit, and, in many cases, we will send you a replacement and email you a pre-paid return label. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us.
Natural Stones Disclaimer
We do our best to exceed your expectations when choosing natural stones for pieces, but exact matches are virtually impossible. If you have specific needs for a natural stone, please contact us before placing an order. Size and color of stones will vary from pieces pictured online.
We’ve all been there. Just like socks, earrings have a way of disappearing! If you are missing an earring, we will try to assist you as best we can. We cannot always offer a replacement as styles change and materials fluctuate. We may ask you to send your single earring to us for matching purposes. Please contact us so we may assess your individual situation. A replacement fee may apply.
