• Gauge thickness: 20g (0.8mm) - the same as standard earrings!
• Material: ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium, or with a long-wearing, waterproof gold PVD finish

FITTING NOTES: If the earring doesn’t stay together, don’t worry! To create tension, insert the front pin halfway into its back and bend slightly. Once completely inserted into the back, the now-bent front pin should create enough tension to secure both pieces together.

I've been wearing these studs non-stop for the past 4 months with no reaction. I am extremely sensitive to nickel in earrings. I'm so happy to find this brand!! I have looked at so many flatback earrings. Trying to find the perfect shape, lots of sparkle, nothing that would snag, easy to wear all day every day, goes with everything - the unicorn of earrings. I have looked at so many brands. I have ruled out some as untrustworthy, and others as ridiculously overpriced. And then I found Grayling - and these PERFECT teardrops. They are exactly what I want for my second lobe holes! And, I also picked up something for my third holes! Everything has been great quality but more than that, so amazingly easy to wear. I love the simplicity of these - they are sparkly enough to feel special but also have that easy every day look. I have no plans of taking them out (until I buy them in silver, and then I may have to switch between them!)
Looked just like the pictures and is very comfortable. Very suitable for sleeping. A little small but you can tell from the model pictures before buying. A bit difficult to grip when trying to remove it.
This is my first pair of flat back earrings and with it I learned a lesson: if it looks not bent/secure enough, then take the time to make sure it's bent and secure, even if it FEELS secure. There was resistance when I tried to pull out one of the earrings and it felt secure, but then I lost it within an hour. I'm on day 2 with a 2nd pair and so far they're solidly still in my ears.
