It does not cover excessive wear and tear, missing earrings, or broken chains or stones due to blunt or excessive force. However, we will do our best to repair, replace or restore your piece of jewelry whenever possible.

If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection. Otherwise, please contact us directly.

Perfect size and unbelievably comfortable!
I’ve been wearing these 24/7 for a few weeks now and love them! I literally don’t know I have them on, even when sleeping. They are petite and light weight, which is exactly what I was looking for. When I first received them, the posts were a little too long for my ears so the earrings didn’t lay flat. I contacted customer service and they immediately send me shorter posts that are just right. Great customer service!
