• Threadless, push-pin design
• Earring front is 5mm diameter
• Back post length: 6mm (1/4 inch) - please contact us if you need a different post length
• Gauge thickness: 20g (0.8mm) - the same as standard earrings!
• Material: ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium, or with a long-wearing, waterproof gold PVD finish, cubic zirconia
• This style is designed in Portland, Oregon, and third-party verified to ensure material compliance with ASTM standards. Learn more about our production process here.

FITTING NOTES: If the earring doesn’t stay together, don’t worry! To create tension, insert the front pin halfway into its back and bend slightly. Once completely inserted into the back, the now-bent front pin should create enough tension to secure both pieces together.

Beautiful, no irritation. Wearing one in my cartilage and one in a second hole and looks great in both. Wish Grayling offered a smaller size flat back as I have thinner lobes and they sit further out than I'd like unless I intentionally pop them back in

Beautiful, basic stud with a little something extra
Love these! I wanted a basic, everyday stud for my second hole, but with a little pizzazz. These are perfect! Beautiful little glittering studs, but the leaf shape makes them a bit more interesting than your typical solitaire stud. This was my first time using flat backed studs and they took a minute to get in, but the process was fairly easy (even with nails). Love that I can just keep them in and sleep with them. Very comfortable and stay put.
