If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection. Otherwise, please contact us directly.

Fragile Design but STILL LOVE THEM and REPLACED SO FAST
Beware they are a very fragile design! That being said, I put in a warranty claim and THEY REPLACED THE EARRING SO QUICKLY!!! So I'd highly recommend them still! Just know that you'll wanna be a little more careful with this particular design, but Grayling is that girl and will fix/replace them for you!!

Perfect size and unbelievably comfortable!
I’ve been wearing these 24/7 for a few weeks now and love them! I literally don’t know I have them on, even when sleeping. They are petite and light weight, which is exactly what I was looking for. When I first received them, the posts were a little too long for my ears so the earrings didn’t lay flat. I contacted customer service and they immediately send me shorter posts that are just right. Great customer service!
