It does not cover excessive wear and tear, missing earrings, or broken chains or stones due to blunt or excessive force. However, we will do our best to repair, replace or restore your piece of jewelry whenever possible.

If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection. Otherwise, please contact us directly.

Fun, on trend necklace!
This necklace is adorable and so versatile. Layer it with one or more necklaces or wear it solo -- either way it looks (and feels) great. It does "spin" on my neck quite a bit, but I fiddle with my jewelry enough that I just turn it back around often. It my just be my neck or my movements?! I'm a mother of 2 and don't often buy for myself, but this is a totally justified "splurge" (WANT not need) purchase. :)

So pretty!
Didn’t get much of a chance to test it out yet because I returned it for the larger size but I could tell as soon as I saw it and held it that it is a quality necklace that should last! Customer service is amazing also!
