It does not cover excessive wear and tear, missing earrings, or broken chains or stones due to blunt or excessive force. However, we will do our best to repair, replace or restore your piece of jewelry whenever possible.

If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection. Otherwise, please contact us directly.

The chain and the heart lock go so well together. It’s very comfortable! I have been wearing it everyday. Its petite size makes it perfect for daily wear. I got the shorter length but it was a bit longer than I expected. I was hoping for a choker style. But I layer it with a shorter necklace so it worked out

Great everyday necklace!
A great length. The heart pendant has just a bit of weight so the necklace stays in place. It is a perfect everyday necklace that can also be worn with other necklaces. I put it on as I walked out of the shop and haven’t taken it off yet!
