I'm here buying a replacement for this necklace after my cat broke the one I bought last year. (He's a menace, I wouldn't be worried about the necklace breaking under ordinary circumstances! Now I've learned to keep my jewelry in a safer place where he can't get at it.) I decided to sit on it for a few weeks to see if I was really missing the necklace before spending the money on a new one, and it turns out the answer was a resounding yes.
