Permanent jewelry purchased at ENDLESS outside the 30-day window	$10 (14k Gold Fill or Sterling Silver) - $25 (14k Solid Gold)
Permanent jewelry purchased elsewhere	send photos before booking *required

Your $10 deposit reserves a time with one of our expert jewelers and will be applied to whichever service you select upon the day of your visit if you purchased your permanent jewelry at ENDLESS by Grayling according to the terms above.

We constantly refresh our charm selection (many are shown here), and new styles are added weekly! If you're looking for a particular charm, we invite you to text 503-548-4979 or send us an email.
Your deposit will be applied towards your charm purchase on the day of your booking if you choose our Add A Charm option.
**Note: if your permanent jewelry is from a different brand, we require you to send photos before booking, as materials between brands vary widely.
BOOKING
All bookings must be completed online, we do not accept appointments by phone. Appointments are released online on a rolling 6-week schedule. We release new slots every day. For example, on January 1, the schedule will show available time slots through approximately February 15. The next day, appointments on February 16 will become available.
SAME-DAY WALK-INS
The best way to secure your spot is by booking online for a future date (which could be as soon as tomorrow — take a look)! On weekdays, we may be able to offer a same-day appointment, but on weekends, we are typically BOOKED SOLID. If you’re feeling lucky:

2) Text 503-548-4979 during business hours, 11 AM - 6 PM P.S.T.
3) Text only, please :) Please do not call or leave a voicemail, we're busy welding! Text is the fastest way to get ahold of us.

Always a pleasure when I go into the store. Employees are kind and really want you to walk out with something that you love. Initial permanent bracelet stayed 2.5 years no problem, when it snapped (my fault) they were so great with follow up. I had realized I wanted the charm the opposite direction after she had resoldered it, she was more than willing to redo it. Would recommend to anyone.
