Each piece is created with solid implant-grade titanium, so they won’t rust or fade when worn in the shower or to the gym. EASY INSTRUCTIONS (it's as easy as 1-2-3!):
Nose screws are a cinch to insert! You can have a friend help the first time if you're unsure (but most people figure it out pretty quickly):

Simply twist into your nose
Next, "flip" and press down
Rotate the U-shaped end to a comfy spot - voila!
