EASY INSTRUCTIONS (it's as easy as 1-2-3!):
Nose screws are a cinch to insert! You can have a friend help the first time if you're unsure (but most people figure it out pretty quickly):

1. Simply twist into your nose
2. Next, "flip" and press down
3. Rotate the U-shaped end to a comfy spot - voila!
