If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection. Otherwise, please contact us directly.

Great everyday necklace!
A great length. The heart pendant has just a bit of weight so the necklace stays in place. It is a perfect everyday necklace that can also be worn with other necklaces. I put it on as I walked out of the shop and haven’t taken it off yet!

I wear it as a choker with two other necklaces and it looks great. Have been wearing it in the shower and once in the hot tub (rinse with plain water after) and it still looks like new.

Perfect Padlock Charm Necklace
I love this little gem of a padlock choker and have several pieces from grayling now. I have a few sets or leave in flatback ear studs, another beautiful little charm choker and will be back for more. These are comfortable and high quality.
