Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects from errors in craftsmanship and/or faulty components. It does not cover excessive wear and tear, missing earrings, or broken chains or stones due to blunt or excessive force. However, we will do our best to repair, replace or restore your piece of jewelry whenever possible.

If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection. Otherwise, please contact us directly.

    So happy I purchased!!

    I got this for my “work set” and now that I have it I think my “real set” will become my “special occasion” set! They’re minimalistic and beautiful. There are so many ads out there promising gold plated or filled jewelry that’ll be “xyz resistant”...but if you look in the smaller print it says “actually, try to avoid all those things”.

    Customer service has been great, I asked 2 questions while waiting for my order and they were answered within 24hrs each.

    I will definitely be buying more pieces and supporting this company!

    Love this ring!

    I love this ring so much- it stacks well with the other stackable rings I’ve gotten from Grayling and is great quality. It’s waterproof in the shower and is comfortable enough to wear all the time.
