If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection. Otherwise, please contact us directly.

Great looking paperclip necklace
This is a lovely necklace and I have been wearing it almost every day since I received them. I did get the chain with the 2 inch extension, which is a bit difficult to claps when putting this on yourself especially when you have stiff fingers. But I reached out to customer service about this and they offered to fix the extender and add a slightly larger link to the end. This is a quality product and the company has great customer service.

Perfect necklace
I bought this Grayling classic 3 months ago at a shop in PDX Airport. It was an impulse purchase on my way to a vacation, and while I wore it constantly while traveling, it has become a staple back at home. I literally can't remember what I wore before I owned it. It layers beautifully and looks good with so many different outfits.
