I honestly didn’t think I needed the insertion tool. I could manage well enough on my own without it…until I struggled with my nails getting the back of the earring in. Then I dropped the front of the earring on the rug. A simple procedure got annoying pretty quickly. “Why am I making this harder on myself?” I ordered the insertion tool and bam, earring easily and quickly in without any issues. Just buy the tool!
I hadn’t had a ring in nose in a few weeks before using this tool. It helped that it started with a skinny end bc it helped to stretch my hole to fit the nose ring. I feared it being sore after and it wasn’t.

This guide is a changer! When i didnt have it it was so hard to put it through from the back and Id give up. BUT NOW its so much easier. I actually put the applicator through from the front and then put the flatback on the thin end behind and then push it through. Smooth as butter. Amazing. It is small so keep it where you wont lose it or misplace it. Love it❤︎！
I haven’t tried to use it but my husband says it helps a lot.
While I think I could have applied the stud backs without the tool, it certainly made it a very smooth and easy process. Now if there was as simple a way to thread in the front, I'd be first in line. ;)
