1. First, customize and preview your design. We offer three different font styles and can even engrave the back!  Love the mixed metal look? Want more than one charm? Add more pendants here. 
   
2. Next, our team of U.S.-based artisans will etch each pendant to your custom specifications (see below for our favorite ideas).
3. Lastly, we polish each necklace to a full shine before we tuck it in a box and send it your way.

It does not cover excessive wear and tear, missing earrings, or broken chains or stones due to blunt or excessive force. However, we will do our best to repair, replace or restore your piece of jewelry whenever possible.
