Our raw materials include environmentally responsible recycled metals from a third-party verified U.S. based refinery. Our 14k gold fill and sterling silver chains are machine-made to order in New York and Italy and we work with U.S. suppliers whenever possible to assure fair wages and safe working conditions within our supply chain. As always, each and every piece is 100% nickel-free and handmade in our beautiful Portland, Oregon workshop.

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects from errors in craftsmanship and/or faulty components. It does not cover excessive wear and tear, missing earrings, or broken chains or stones due to blunt or excessive force. However, we will do our best to repair, replace or restore your piece of jewelry whenever possible.

If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection. Otherwise, please contact us directly.

I love these earrings!! I just used one in my top cartilage piercing and I have gotten so many compliments. It’s so cute and dainty and simple, but adds a little more than just the plain ring that I got it pierced with. I wear it 24/7 (working out, showering, etc.) and it hasn’t tarnished at all! I’m definitely going to buy from here again. Amazing quality especially for the price.

Needs a larger stud
These would be 100% perfect with a larger ball. I guess I never realized I have big lobes until I started buying earrings online! I had bought them for my lower lobe, but think they will look better higher because of the size. The chain is super light so it dangles with a nice fluidity. And I love the look of sterling silver.
