Shipping Information

Current shipping times are posted in the shipping dropdown at checkout. 

Domestic orders placed with our Priority or Express Mail options typically ship within 1 business day.

Your package will leave our studio as soon as possible. However, be aware that severe weather, natural disasters and holiday rushes can cause delays with shipping carriers. 

Many of our products are handmade, and our production capacity varies from season to season. Items marked Made to Order take 5-7 days to process. Turnarounds are noted on individual product pages. Our best estimate for shipping turnarounds will be displayed at checkout.
 
A tracking number is emailed for your convenience. Please contact us for additional shipping options or alternate carriers.

What is Delivery Guarantee?

The Delivery Guarantee is a shipping protection you purchased at checkout that allows you to file a claim with our shipping protection partner, Corso. It covers losses for lost/stolen/damaged packages. 

To file a claim with Corso, please go to this link: https://app.corso.com/grayling/reorder/ 

They will issue you a refund or a Gift Card which you can then use to place a reorder on our site. 

Just enter your EMAIL ADDRESS or POSTAL CODE and ORDER NUMBER. Then click the LOOK IT UP button. If you don't have your order number, search "Grayling Jewelry" in your email inbox and spam folder. 

The Delivery Guarantee is automatically selected at checkout, but can be manually removed. If you choose to opt out of the shipping protection, you cannot file a claim if your package were to be lost, stolen, or damaged and we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund will be issued.
