Feather-light and painstakingly finished, each piece is crafted entirely of glowing 14k gold fill, 14k rose gold fill or brilliant .925 sterling silver, meticulously designed to be an everyday workhorse and a true staple in your jewelry box.
The raw materials in our Fine Collection are environmentally responsible and include recycled metals from a third-party verified U.S. based refinery. Our 14k gold fill and sterling silver chains are machine-made to order in New York and Italy and we work with U.S. suppliers whenever possible to assure fair wages and safe working conditions within our supply chain. As always, each and every piece is 100% nickel-free and handmade in our beautiful Portland, Oregon workshop.

If you’re not 100% delighted with your Grayling purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days or store credit within 90 days of purchase. Clearance items are eligible for exchange only. We kindly request your items to be in the same brand new condition as the day your item(s) were shipped.
In certain instances, we may not allow returns of jewelry with obvious signs of use or that are damaged for reasons not due to our error. Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects from errors in craftsmanship and/or faulty components. It does not cover excessive wear and tear, missing earrings, or broken chains or stones due to blunt or excessive force. However, we will do our best to repair, replace or restore your piece of jewelry whenever possible.
If you purchased your jewelry from an authorized Grayling retailer, please take your piece to your retailer and they will return it to us for inspection. Otherwise, please contact us directly.
