Alberta Street Guide

We love our digs on Alberta and especially love being surrounded by so many great (locally-owned!!) shops and restaurants. So, we thought we'd share some of our favorite places to eat and shop in our very own Alberta Street Guide!

WHERE TO GRAB COFFEE

BARISTA

If you're looking for a good place to have a coffee and get some work done, Barista is that place! Their playlist selection is always great and definitely gets you in the mood to get stuff done! Their shaded patio is heaven in the summer time and their spicy chai latte ... super addictive!

CASE STUDY

Case Study Coffee is another great place for good vibes and great coffee. Our favorite spot to work is on the second floor, back table with a giant vanilla latte.

WHERE TO GRAB BREAKFAST

TIN SHED

Tin Shed is a great place to grab breakfast (or lunch and dinner)! Their lush outside patio makes it a great place to grab brunch with a view. Plus, it's dog-friendly!

PINE STATE BISCUITS

There's always a line at PIne State Biscuits and for good reason! From their biscuit sandwiches to their biscuits & gravy there's really NO WAY to describe just how good Pine State really is. You just have to try it and find out!

WHERE TO GRAB SOMETHING SWEET

PETITE PROVENCE

Petite Provence is the cutest French restaurant with an amazing bakery and great pastries! Their macarons are always our go to when we're in the mood for something sweet to pair with a mimosa.

SALT & STRAW

Rain or shine, snow or scorching heat... Salt & Straw is a must! Classic flavors like Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons are amazing, however, each season they add exclusive seasonal flavors to the menu like Petunia's Peach Crumble Bar using local farmers and vendors. Sometimes the flavors like Bone Marrow & Smoked Cherries seem a little.....out there..... but, they're ALWAYS delicious!

CUPCAKE JONES

Cupcakes made from scratch with vegan and gluten-free options? Ah, yeah! Can't go wrong with that! Plus, all their cupcakes are handmade right here in Portland (just like Grayling)!

WHERE TO SHOP

ECOVIBE

If you love soft fabrics, you need to know about Ecovibe! We were so excited when EcoVibe joined the Alberta Street family! Although ALL of their accessories and clothes are eco-friendly and sustainably produced, they manage to still keep prices their reasonable! Not to mention, they ALWAYS have cute picks!

DIGS

Digs is a super cute place to get accent pieces for your home and space. From lush plants to vintage knick knacks (we love the French cigarette cases), if you're looking to add a little personality to your space, Digs is definitely a must!

PEDX SHOES

Can you really go wrong with a store dedicated to shoes?! One of the many reasons why we love PedX is their huge range of styles for feet of all shapes and sizes! Not only do they carry super cute styles that are attractive, they're also extremely practical.

 GRAYLING JEWELRY

We couldn't resist the urge to include ourselves on our Alberta Street Guide! At Grayling you'll find our namesake jewelry collection—plus Voluspa candles, Claws Out Polish and greeting cards from French illustrator, Garance Doré. What you won’t find are high-pressure salespeople or five-figure price tags—we want our customers to relax and explore our jewelry collection at their own pace.
